There are a number of support options available to customers during and after the transition from SVIS to Qi.
1. When you login to Qi, click on your profile and you will see a 'contacts' option. Follow this link to access contact details for all RightShip offices and support lines.
2. Alternatively, you can access the intercom function, where RightShip's support team will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer any queries.
The intercom function (image provided below) is located at the top right hand corner of the Qi platform.
Please keep in mind that intercom is not real time, and it may take some time for RightShip to respond.
As mentioned previously, there is a self-service support module available at all times.
