To create an alert in a fleet or company list:
Enter the 'Lists' tab. Choose which record to use by clicking on the VSL button next to the specific list.
Click on the 'ALERTS' tab
Click 'Add New Alert'.
Insert name, description and recipients for the alert, and click 'Submit'.
You will now be directed back to the alert screen where you can select the changes that will trigger an alert.
Click 'Save' to confirm the details of the alert.
