If you are not receiving notifications regarding a vet, terminal questionnaire or port clearance , you are advised to: 

  1. Ensure rightship.com domain is not blocked
  2. Add rightship.com to your safe domains list
  3. Do not block the IP address 161.202.16.51 (Qi Cognos Reports Server). Please note that this does not effect notifications, but can effect vetting & viewing reports
